Industrial Maintenance Technician Position Summary The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery and facility equipment. This position focuses heavily on equipment reliability and preventive maintenance while supporting production and minimizing equipment downtime. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on production and facility equipment. Complete routine maintenance including greasing bearings, changing belts/oil, inspections, adjustments, and equipment cleaning . Support production employees during Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities. Install, maintain, repair, and rebuild industrial machinery and mechanical equipment . Dismantle machinery and replace defective or worn components. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems on production and facility equipment. Diagnose equipment failures by inspecting and observing machinery during operation. Use diagnostic and measuring equipment including multimeters, tachometers, and calipers . Complete facility and building maintenance repairs as needed. Repair equipment according to OEM standards . Enter completed maintenance activities and repairs into the CMMS . Complete end-of-shift reports and communicate equipment status with Maintenance and Production. Order replacement parts and maintain necessary repair supplies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required. Minimum 1 year of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience performing preventive maintenance and industrial equipment repairs . Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment problems . Experience using maintenance hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and measuring instruments. #IND1
