Job Description

Bausch + Lomb is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to keep production and facility equipment operating safely and efficiently in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Pay:
Starting at $31.73/hour
Bonus:
$500
Sign-On Bonus Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (2nd Shift) What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment failures Work with sterilizers, ovens, pumps, kettles, piping, motors, controls, and utility systems Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using a CMMS Lead complex repairs and support equipment reliability improvements Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior maintenance technicians Follow GMP, safety, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems Knowledge of motors, VFDs, relays, sensors, pumps, valves, and piping systems Ability to read schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings Valid driver's license required Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments Machine shop experience, including lathes and milling machines Experience leading complex troubleshooting and repair efforts Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, company holidays, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, disability coverage, and wellness programs.
