$28.00-35.00/hour

Summary The Commercial InstallationLead provides customer equipment installation of HVACR and or commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., fryers, grills, ovens, freezers).
Details:
Mentor, lead, and motivate team members in a safe, productive and efficient manner. Install commercial HVACR and kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications. Design, fabricate, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required. Communicate professionally with customer(s) and team regarding repairs and status updates. Communicate part order(s) with branch. Document task (parts/work orders, timesheets) accurately and on a timely basis. Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
Three years of installation experience with combined commercial kitchen equipment and or HVACR equipment i.e., RTUS, chillers, Must be at least 18 years of age. Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required Valid Driver's License and Driving Record that aligns with our safety standards.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to lead and or work within a team. Ability to work nights and weekends. Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and Plumbing background is a plus. Contractor, journeyman, and or HVAC certification would-be a plus. Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail. Working /
Environmental Conditions:
Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance and lift equipment. Extensive daily travel to work site location. Occasional to frequent exertion in high and low temperature environments (over heated kitchens, rooftops, outdoors, etc.). Repeated bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and climbing up and down ladders. Exposure to electrical, steam, and high heat units that require extreme caution and safety equipment.
