- Install, troubleshoot, and restore broadband services in customer homes and businesses.
- Configure Wi-Fi networks and customer equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and deliver quality solutions.
- Work independently while providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Complete electronic documentation and efficiently manage your daily route.
Minimum qualifications include:
- Be at least 21 years of age (required by our commercial vehicle insurance carrier).
- Hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Successfully meet our background screening requirements:
- No felony convictions.
- No pending criminal charges.
- Misdemeanor convictions are reviewed on an individual basis.
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen. Madison Telecommunications is a Drug-Free Workplace.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.
