is seeking an experienced Millwright Service Technician who can independently troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial conveyor systems in the field. This is a top-tier role for technicians who don't need constant direction and can confidently diagnose issues, perform repairs, and represent the company at customer sites. What You'll Do Diagnose and troubleshoot conveyor system failures in the field Perform advanced repairs, including belt splicing and system adjustments Complete preventative maintenance at customer facilities Handle service calls independently from start to finish Respond to breakdowns (paid, rotating on-call schedule) Occasionally assist with new equipment installs Minimum Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These) Strong experience with industrial maintenance or millwright work Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems independently Experience with conveyor systems or similar equipment Valid driver's license Ability to travel overnight (3-4 days/week, occasional extended trips) Ability to pass physical and drug screen Highly Preferred Conveyor system experience (strongly preferred) Belt splicing and repair experience Advanced mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience working independently in a service or field role What We Offer $30
