Must have excellent math skills, blueprint reading and be able to layout steel structures. Overseeing of small crews and planning their project processes to keep all employees productive and efficient while maintaining a strong focus on safety. Many projects including working and staying out of town for weekly durations. In the event of out of town stay, hotel and per diem are provided. On the job problem solving is a daily requirement in addition to communication with customers and management. Must have a valid driver's license with a clear driving record. Company vehicle to be provided with gas card and compensation for drive time.
Starting pay will be based on knowledge and experience. Insurance and benefits available after probationary period. Selection methods include interview process, weld test and pre-employment physical (including drug screen). Supervision skills are required and weld certification(s) are plus.
