• What You'll Work On:

• + •Be a

Key Team Member:

• Work alongside Operations to minimize downtime and keep production on schedule. +

• Troubleshoot & Repair:

• Diagnose complex equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and repair high-speed filling, packaging, and conveying systems. +

• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:

• Execute PMs, support autonomous maintenance, and plan major repairs during scheduled shutdowns. +

• Fabricate & Upgrade:

• Design, weld, and install mechanical and electronic components; perform PLC program changes and maintain AC drive systems. +

• Collaborate & Improve:

• Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to implement design changes and continuous improvement initiatives. +

• Train & Mentor:

• Share your expertise with peers and provide technical guidance to improve team capabilities. +

• Ensure Compliance:

• Follow GMP, FDA, USDA, OSHA, and company safety standards in all tasks.

• Required Qualifications:

• + High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred. + 2+ years of multi-craft maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. + Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, PLC troubleshooting, and fabrication. + Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and use precision tools. + Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
