A Millwright installs and assembles large industrial machines, such as the equipment in manufacturing facilities. Disassembles and moves machinery between factory sites, and makes repairs. May work at power plants and construction sites.
We are seeking an experienced Millwright to join our
BRAND NEW
manufacturing team. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment, with a focus on bagging machinery and production lines.
MILLWRIGHT RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, set up, align, and overhaul industrial equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Repair motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and related equipment Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections Diagnose breakdowns and restore production safely and efficiently Read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals Complete work orders and recommend equipment improvements Work with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams
MILLWRIGHT QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of industrial maintenance or Millwright experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Forklift/lift truck experience required Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong commitment to safety and quality
