Job Description
```Duties```
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of utility systems
- Operate equipment and machinery as needed
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines ```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
- Ability to operate various tools and equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
