We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Plant Mechanic to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. What You'll Be Doing Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain crushers, conveyors, motors, pumps, and other plant equipment. Perform preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Identify mechanical issues and implement effective repair solutions to support production goals. Follow all safety procedures and actively contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to optimize plant performance and equipment efficiency. What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment. Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical manuals, drawings, and schematics. Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to company policies and procedures. Effective problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and perform physical tasks in a heavy industrial environment. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
