Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Indianapolis, IN team on 2nd shift. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and keep production running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues. Diagnose equipment problems and complete repairs in a timely manner. Perform equipment setups, adjustments, installations, and modifications. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals. Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment. Assist with machine installations, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement projects. Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed work. Respond to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance requests. Perform routine inspections to identify potential equipment issues before failures occur. Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work closely with production and maintenance team members to minimize equipment downtime. Qualifications Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or similar role . Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Experience with preventative maintenance programs. Knowledge of PLCs and industrial control systems is preferred. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance requests. Ability to work the required 2nd-shift schedule.
