Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Millwright Mechanic to join our manufacturing facility team. The Millwright position will perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment, machines and buildings to minimize downtime and support the production team. Typical tasks include those related to circuits, pneumatics, cooling systems, pipefitting, and heating and cooling systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity for mechanically inclined professionals eager to apply their industrial maintenance skills in a dynamic environment. Duties Be a champion for the core values of

Safety Commitment, Professionalism, Teamwork, and Continuous Improvement. Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair. Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs. Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Perform routine and preventative maintenance. Understand production equipment start-up and shut-down procedures in order to test it for proper functionality. Order supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance. Keep tools, supplies, and workspaces clean and organized. Detect, identify, and repair building issues, including plumbing and HVAC systems. Work with all levels of the operations staff to reach reasonable solutions to issues and concerns. Perform Lockout / Tagout procedures as needed. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and internal customers. Take pride in their work. Perform other related duties as assigned. High School diploma or equivalent (Required). Valid driver's license (Required). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and senior maintenance staff. Knowledge of general manufacturing and repair. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime shifts.
