GED Full Job Description Millwright Position Summary:
Installs, maintains and repairs of a variety of piping and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings in industrial establishment, using hoists, lift trucks, hand-tools, and power tools: Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures. Hiring Requirements forMillwright:
High School or Vocational High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical trades (i.e. plumbing, pipefitting, or other mechanical installation). Successful completion of the Millwright Apprenticeship program, Millwright certification through an accredited program, and/or applicable welding licenses. OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training). Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License. At R.H. White , our day-to-day work is construction, and we do it well.
