  • Mix of shop work, customer site support, demonstrations, and project ownership Opportunity to grow within automation and industrial technology Role Summary The Welder Technician is responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and demonstrating automated welding equipment for customers.
This role combines welding expertise with customer support, technical troubleshooting, and project coordination. Responsibilities Perform welding demonstrations and equipment testing for customers, trade shows, and events Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair automated welding equipment at customer sites, in-house, or remotely Perform preventative maintenance and service work on equipment Provide technical support and application guidance to customers and internal teams Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures Manage customer requests, technical inquiries, and project activities Support equipment integration and installation projects Identify replacement parts and provide technical recommendations Assist sales teams with product and service support Travel as needed to customer locations throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico Qualifications Strong
GTAW/TIG
welding experience required Ability to confidently demonstrate automatic welding equipment to customers 3+ years of industrial equipment maintenance, welding, service, or technical experience preferred Ability to travel for 1-2 weeks as needed #LP
