Job Description

Industrial Maintenance/Toolroom Technician:
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to work as part of a quality-oriented team and maintain good attendance. Ability to perform preventive and routine maintenance of CNC machine tools and controls, perform building maintenance, safely operate a man-lift, overhead crane, and a forklift truck, PLC logic knowledge, and general mechanical and electrical repair skills. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-system issues. Maintain and repair CNC lathes, mills, grinders, coolant systems, conveyors, compressors, pumps, and other shop equipment. Ability to maintain, repair, and fabricate production tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to ensure efficient and precise manufacturing operations. Operate conventional toolroom equipment such as lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and drill presses, as well as CNC machinery. Assist with equipment installation, relocation, setup, and machine improvements. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements. Day shift position. Pay based on experience.
Qualifications:
3+ years of industrial maintenance and toolroom experience preferred. Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical and technical drawings, and equipment manuals. Experience maintaining CNC machining equipment strongly preferred. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, electrical test equipment, and precision measuring equipment. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus. Possession of a CDL is a plus.
