At Rightman Industrial, no two days are the same . You'll weld, rebuild, troubleshoot, fabricate, and take on equipment challenges that keep you learning every single day. We refurbish and repair waste and recycling equipment—balers, compactors, hydraulics—and we're looking for someone who's not afraid to jump in and figure things out.
What You'll Do:
Tear down, rebuild, and repair balers, compactors, and loading dock equipment MIG weld (stick is a bonus), cut, grind, and fabricate Diagnose mechanical issues and make solid, reliable repairs Help road techs on bigger installs or jobs when needed Use your phone for photos and job notes (easy, we'll reimburse you)
What We're Looking For:
Welding skills (MIG required) Mechanical experience with equipment or machinery Someone reliable who shows up and gets it done Able to work independently without babysitting Basic hand tools + clean driving record
