2nd & 3rd Shift | Multiple Openings Are you a skilled Toolmaker with strong mechanical and technical knowledge? Qualified Staffing is looking for experienced, hands-on professionals who know how to troubleshoot, repair, fabricate, and keep production equipment running. What You'll DoTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical systemsWork with machining & grinding centers, automation, conveyors, and assembly equipmentMaintain hydraulic, pneumatic, press, robotic, and automated welding systemsPerform preventive and reactive maintenanceUse lathes, Bridgeport's, grinders, drill presses, and welding equipmentRead and work from blueprints, drawings, and specificationsUse micrometers, calipers, gauge blocks, and dial indicatorsAssist with fabrication, fitting, grinding, shimming, and equipment adjustmentsSupport Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and machine reliabilityHelp minimize equipment downtime and keep production movingWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years of Toolmaker experience - REQUIREDMust have your own toolsMust have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experienceExperience with modern/state-of-the-art manufacturing equipmentStrong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWhy Work with Qualified Staffing?
