Laborers, Burners, Riggers & Equipment Operators (Travel Position) Bierlein Companies - Midland, Michigan Bierlein Companies is a family-owned and operated organization providing a full range of demolition and environmental services throughout the United States. Headquartered in Midland, Michigan, we are seeking qualified Laborers, Burners, Riggers, and Equipment Operators to join our growing field operations team. Years of Service Travel Schedule & Requirements:
This is a travel-based position supporting projects nationwide . Qualified candidates must be located in Michigan and able to travel to project sites as required. Team members work a three weeks on / 4-5 days home rotation schedule, providing predictable home time between nationwide project assignments. All travel and lodging provided by Bierlein. This position is ideal for individuals who: Enjoy traveling for work Thrive in hands-on industrial environments Are comfortable working extended schedules away from home Value productivity, teamwork, and a strong safety culture
Responsibilities:
Perform manual labor related to demolition, industrial cleaning, and environmental operations at chemical plants and demolition sites Work safely in varying weather conditions, including hot and cold environments Perform duties while wearing respirators and required personal protective equipment (PPE) Maintain safe and organized worksites through proper housekeeping practices Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and project leadership Comply with all company, state, and federal safety regulations Maintain strong productivity and a motivated team-focused attitude
Qualifications:
Ability to pass physical exam, drug screen, breath alcohol screen, and background check Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Ability to safely wear a face-sealing respirator as needed Preferred (Not Required)
Experience:
Torch Cutting OSHA 10-Hour Training 40-Hour
HAZWOPER
