You're the person who asks "What's the root cause?"—then proves it. In this off-shift role, you'll keep essential equipment healthy: align drives, pipefit new lines, weld and fabricate small components, and return machines to spec. What you'll do Pipefitting, welding, and small-scale fabrication to support installs and repairs Precision alignment of belts, sheaves, and rotating assemblies System-level troubleshooting across hydraulics and pneumatics Assembly and rebuild work on complex mechanical systems Assist with CNC equipment installation and set-up You bring High school diploma or GED One of the following credentials: 8+ years documented millwright/machine repair experience Completion of a bona fide apprenticeship with certificate Journeyman Millwright status Journeyman Machine Repair status Nice to have Demonstrated troubleshooting experience with hydraulic and pneumatic machinery Areas of proficiency Die attach/bonding Machine building and assembly Mechanical diagnostics Pneumatic systems Motor replacement, repair, maintenance Hydraulic systems CNC machine installation Electrical/electronic systems Shop math and clear communication Compliance note This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
