Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment including conveyors, compressors, concrete pumps, motors, gearboxes, and material handling systems. Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to minimize equipment downtime. Perform electrical troubleshooting on 240V/480V equipment, 3-phase motors, motor controls, and related production systems. Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and complete repairs on rotating equipment and plant machinery. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical schematics. Assist with equipment installations, alignments, bearings, pulleys, shafts, and other millwright-related repairs. Open to candidates with backgrounds in maintenance, millwright work, heavy industrial equipment, aggregates, cement, mining, manufacturing, or related industries. Must possess strong mechanical aptitude, commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a heavy industrial cement terminal environment.Preferred Experience:
Hydraulics, pneumatics, compressors, concrete pumps, conveyors, 240V/480V electrical systems, 3-phase motors, welding/fabrication, and industrial maintenance troubleshooting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gibsonton, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00- $34.00/hr.
