$65,000 to $75,000/year DOE + Benefits Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in Detroit Lakes, MN. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills and can work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and machine control systems. Diagnose and resolve issues with HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems and machine controls. Repair and maintain equipment such as press brakes, metal forming machines, grinders, laser cutting equipment, CNC machines, and other production machinery. Read and interpret blueprints, machine drawings, and technical manuals. Communicate with equipment vendors and manufacturers to troubleshoot machine issues. Perform equipment inspections and identify potential maintenance needs. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure equipment reliability. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience troubleshooting HMI systems and machine controls. Ability to work independently and solve technical problems with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CNC equipment, including CNC lathes and milling machines. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, motors, gearboxes, and mechanical assemblies. Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. Familiarity with machining, Bob
CAD, CAM
programming, or conversational programming is a plus.
