Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components including pumps, gearboxes, motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals to complete preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain industrial equipment and machinery. Perform welding, fabrication, cutting, and fitting of structural and mechanical components. Service pumps, gearboxes, motors, cranes, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and maintain repair records. Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, cranes, loaders, and man-lifts. Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards. Work independently and as part of a maintenance team. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Industrial Maintenance degree preferred. 3-5 years of heavy industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
