Posted on September 1, 2026 Published By Camille Baker Trillium Construction is now hiring a Millwright that is NCCCO Certified for a project in Minnesota City, MN!

This role involves performing millwright work and operating cranes (primarily barge-mounted), workboats, and various heavy equipment to support marine construction and industrial maintenance projects. This is a prevailing wage project. Pay rate is $61.42/hr, and OT Pay is $83.41/hr. Per Diem is offered at $300/week OR hotel covered. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7am-5:30pm, and 4-8 hours on Saturday, starting at 7am.

Qualifications:

2+ Years of Millwright experience
NCCCO crane operator certification (required)
Telescopic Boom Cranes
Swing Cab (TLL) and a minimum of two years crane operator experience (Link-Belt 50T)
Experience in marine or river work preferred
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
