Previous mechanical/maintenance experience desired Demonstrated experience problem-solving to fix complex mechanical and structural issues Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, climb ladders, work from heights and confined spaces Candidates must have a valid driver's license, meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member and comply with Crystal Valley's drug and alcohol policy. Pre-employment 4-panel (excludes THC) drug testing for non-CDL jobs, 5-panel (includes THC) for CDL jobs.
