Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and skilled Industrial Tradespeople to join our team in various roles including Millwright, TIG Welder, and Laborer. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects within an industrial setting, utilizing your technical skills to ensure operational efficiency and safety. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing hands-on tasks that support the maintenance, fabrication, and assembly of industrial equipment and structures. This is a paid position suitable for individuals committed to quality workmanship and safety standards. Duties Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment as a Millwright or Welder. Perform welding tasks using TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) techniques to fabricate or repair metal components according to specifications. Assist with the assembly, disassembly, and movement of heavy machinery and structural components. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments. Support team members in completing projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Prepare work areas, tools, and materials required for various tasks. Follow detailed instructions and technical drawings to ensure precision in fabrication and installation work. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Requirements Proven experience or training in industrial trades such as millwrighting, welding (specifically TIG welding), or general labor within an industrial setting. Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and safety procedures. Strong mechanical aptitude with good problem-solving skills. Physical capability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects, working at heights, and standing for extended periods. Commitment to safety standards and practices on the job site. Reliable transportation and punctuality are preferred. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various roles as needed.
