Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Hydraulic Technician to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic systems and equipment across our manufacturing facility. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of hydraulic machinery, contributing directly to our operational excellence. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong foundation in industrial mechanics and electrical systems, with a passion for troubleshooting and technical problem-solving. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, and cylinders. Perform diagnostics on hydraulic equipment to identify issues. Conduct routine maintenance on hydraulic machinery to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan. Troubleshoot pneumatic systems and mechanical components using precision measuring instruments. Operate industrial equipment such as scissor lifts safely while adhering to safety protocols; perform welding (stick welding) when necessary for repairs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures related to work, welding, and equipment handling. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with internal teams. Skills Extensive experience and a solid understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial mechanic troubleshooting. Expertise in hydraulics and pneumatic system troubleshooting; familiar with pumps, valves, cylinders and related components. Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as micrometers or calipers for accurate repairs. Experience with welding techniques including stick welding for structural or equipment repairs. Strong analysis skills to identify root causes of equipment failures quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills combined with clear communication abilities; capable of working independently or as part of a team. Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
