Experience operating abrasive blasting equipment or other heavy industrial machinery is a plus but not required — we provide full on-site training. Applicants should be detail-oriented, production-minded, and demonstrate a strong work ethic and team-first attitude. This is a full-time, overtime-eligible position offering the opportunity to build a valuable skillset in the industrial surface finishing industry.
