Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Millwright to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment across manufacturing facilities. Your expertise will ensure optimal equipment performance, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Install, align, dismantle, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of industrial machinery using precision measuring instruments and schematics. Perform electrical diagnostics and troubleshoot electrical systems using tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and electrical blueprint reading. Conduct equipment troubleshooting for pneumatic systems, hydraulics, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and electrical systems to ensure minimal downtime. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule preventive maintenance tasks. Operate scissor lifts and other aerial work platforms safely to access high or hard-to-reach equipment. Perform welding tasks including stick welding to repair or fabricate machinery components as needed. Analyze mechanical issues using technical skills in industrial mechanic experience and engineering troubleshooting techniques to develop effective solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing facilities with a strong background in industrial maintenance or mechanical work. Demonstrated proficiency with schematics, electrical blueprint reading, and technical diagrams. Skilled in electrical troubleshooting, electrical systems maintenance, and electrical diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters. Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics troubleshooting, and equipment repair within an industrial setting. Ability to operate scissor lifts safely; relevant certifications preferred. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC/R systems including HVAC experience is a plus. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex schematics and technical manuals. Pay:
$29.47 - $39.63 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 60.0 per week
