Description Join Our Team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician/Millwright - Bruce, MS.

Key Functions:
Performs work safely and follows all Company safety policies and procedures. Performs highly skilled mechanical maintenance tasks on heavy equipment and machinery used in lumber manufacturing. Troubleshoots, repairs, installs, and maintains machinery and equipment, including motors, conveyors, and Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems. Installs bearings, couplings, belts, sprockets, drive chains, etc. Identifies cause of machine failure(s) during downtime events and restores the equipment to effective operating condition. Welds, lubricates and cleans parts, performs housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to work safely and follow all Company safety policies and procedures. Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a minimum of two (2) years of industrial maintenance experience and/or an Associate's degree in Industrial Technology or a similar field. Must be skilled in all aspects of industrial mechanical maintenance. Must have the ability to read equipment manuals, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams. Must be proficient in the use of hand and power tools and precision measuring and test instruments. Experienced in pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems. Excellent Root Cause Analysis skills. Steady, documented work history. Must have basic computer skills. Must be team oriented. Good communication skills. Must be willing and able to work all shifts, weekends, call-ins, holidays, and overtime as needed. Must be willing and able to work in extreme temperatures and in dusty and noisy conditions while wearing safety equipment. Must be able and willing to complete forklift training and all other job-specific and safety training as assigned. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds regularly, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, climb steps and ladders, work from heights, work in small and restricted areas, and stand or walk for 2-3 hours at a time for 10 plus hours per day. Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred. Experience with Allen Bradley equipment is preferred. Post Application Requirements Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check. Successful completion of pre-employment computer-based testing.
