▶ Apply Millwright Southaven, Mississippi - Posted on September 25, 2026 Published By Aubryelle Massey Trillium Construction is seeking Millwrights / Ironworkers near Southaven, MS. Key Responsibilities All bolt up hands with the exception of puddle welding decking.

• Erect and install structural steel mezzanine systems, including columns, beams, joists, bracing, stairs, guardrails, and decking.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, layouts, and installation instructions.
• Lay out and accurately locate columns, base plates, anchors, and structural components.
• Assemble and bolt structural steel components using hand and power tools.
• Operate and work around forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, cranes, hoists, and other material-handling equipment as required.
• Perform drilling, cutting, grinding, fitting, and modification of structural components when necessary.
• Install metal decking, stairs, handrails, safety gates, and other mezzanine accessories.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify elevations, dimensions, alignment, and plumb.
• Assist with material staging, rigging, lifting, and positioning of structural components.
• Work safely at heights while following fall-protection and site-specific safety requirements.
• Coordinate with project supervisors, welders, electricians, contractors, and other trades to ensure proper installation.
• Identify installation issues or field conditions and communicate them to the supervisor or project manager.
