Job Duties:

Below is a list of essential duties of this position. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Comprehend and perform all duties in accordance with rules, regulations and JSAs Perform a wide range of tasks including; welding, cutting, fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing of various types of processing equipment or machines to improve production quality and efficiency Dismantle and re-assemble on various types of equipment for modifications or upgrades Layout, cut, grind, form, and weld parts to form complete units or subunits Troubleshoot or inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of issue or other problems Operate man lifts, scissor lifts, fork lifts and other various type of heavy equipment Comfortable working at high elevations out of man lifts or baskets Keep working areas clean Other duties as needed

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Clean driving record ( for forklift license) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to read and complete documents and other paperwork Ability to change duties throughout the day and to work with a variety of individuals Legally able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License is highly preferred Agricultural background Extensive cutting, welding, and fabrication skills Operating of forklifts, payloaders, telehandlers and various other construction equipment Knowledge of industrial machinery and processes Excellent natural problem solving and analytical skills with mechanical aptitude Able to read and understand schematics and blueprints Must be able to work various shifts, days, and overtime as needed Ability to lift 100 lbs. bend, turn, twist, climb ladders, stairs, and bins Ability to work in tight or confined spaces. Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

Ability to wear safety equipment, including safety shoes, goggles, gloves, and similar equipment Comfortable in a variety of weather conditions, including rain/snow and heat/cold Comfortable in a manufacturing environment with noise/vibration, fumes, or moving mechanical parts This position involves standing/walking for up to 100% of the day and climbing/crouching/crawling/stooping/reaching with hands and arms up to 25% of the workday. Frequently the employee is required to push, pull, lift, twist, carry and/or exert force up to 110 pounds.
