Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Perform maintenance and repairs on crushers, conveyors, screens, and other aggregate processing equipment. Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical issues to maximize equipment uptime and plant performance. Complete preventive maintenance tasks to improve reliability and reduce unexpected downtime. Support safe and efficient quarry and plant operations through timely equipment maintenance. Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all company safety procedures. What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment. Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, technical diagrams, and maintenance documentation. Knowledge of maintenance tools, welding, cutting, or fabrication techniques applicable to plant equipment. Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and operational excellence. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support production goals. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
