This is a full-time position with plenty of overtime opportunities, and some Saturdays may be required. No experience necessary — we provide on-the-job training. This is a hands-on position working with a solid crew, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being out in the field or shop rather than behind a desk. Duties Wash and clean large industrial air coolers on-site and in shop Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and basic repairs Help rebuild and maintain cooler units Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and safely Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company procedures and safety standards at all times Gain hands-on experience with industrial equipment and field work Experience Preferred (Not Required) Previous shop or mechanical experience Familiarity with hand tools and power tools Experience operating manlifts or similar equipment Requirements Must be 18 or older Able to pass a drug test Able to work safely at heights and in confined spaces Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Valid Driver's License Must have reliable transportation
