Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial production and processing equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems Calibrate and adjust machinery to optimal operating conditions Record maintenance and repair work performed, and the costs of the work Collaborate with production teams to enhance machine reliability and performance Adhere to safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and safety Provide technical support and training to other personnel as needed Required Skills Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using tools and repair equipment Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Strong communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
