Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Grain Bin Millwright Foreman to lead our maintenance and installation teams in the agricultural sector. This role involves overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of grain storage equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence. Duties Lead and supervise a team of millwrights during grain bin installation, repair, and maintenance projects Coordinate daily jobsite activities and keep projects on schedule Grain bin erection, repair, and equipment installation Install and service augers, conveyors, legs, dryers, and related grain-handling equipment Read plans, take measurements, and lay out jobs Maintain a safe, organized jobsite Communicate with customers and management Experience Grain bin, millwright, construction, or agricultural equipment experience preferred Previous foreman or crew-lead experience preferred Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills Dependable and able to work independently Comfortable working at heights and outdoors Valid driver's license Join us to lead impactful projects that keep grain storage facilities running smoothly!
