Millwright/Utility Repair Person What you can expect:
  • Starting Pay $25.00/per hour (more based on experience).
  • Relocation Assistance is available for the right candidate.

What you will do:
  • General maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery.
  • Willingness to work occasional overnight shifts and travel requiring overnight stays, as business needs arise.
  • Focus on maintaining/repairing machine guarding.
  • Installation/maintenance/repair work on multiple types of bin gate systems and turrets.
  • Welding and fabricating.
  • Basic Fabrication/welding work (heavy focus on Stick with small amounts of MIG work) on metal structures around the concrete plant.
  • Precision fabrication/welding work inside of aggregate bins.
  • Assist with training personnel in proper operation and maintenance around the Plant.
  • Assist with performing preventive maintenance tasks according to established maintenance schedules.
  • Assist with troubleshooting basic electrical and plumbing issues and suggest courses of action for repair.
  • Travel between our Ready Mix Concrete plants.
