Responsabilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, molds, industrial robots, peripheral equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure. Troubleshoot, repair, and restore mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize equipment downtime and support production continuity. Maintain and support plant utility systems, including HVAC, chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, electrical distribution, generators, plumbing, lighting, and water treatment systems. Install, modify, upgrade, and commission production equipment and facility systems, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Perform maintenance, adjustments, basic programming, and troubleshooting of industrial robots, including Yushin and Engel systems. Support mold maintenance, installation, testing, and troubleshooting in coordination with the Tool Room team. Participate in continuous improvement, equipment relocation, facility modifications, and reliability initiatives to improve equipment availability and operational efficiency. Follow and support compliance with OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), ISO 9001, IATF 16949, environmental, and company safety requirements. Maintain accurate maintenance records, spare parts inventory, equipment history, and technical documentation while identifying recurring failures and potential operational risks.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with injection molding machines, peripheral equipment, and industrial robots. Strong troubleshooting and repair skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics and equipment manuals. Experience with plant utility systems and facility equipment is preferred. Knowledge of OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and industrial safety practices. Technical Degree or Associate Degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Electricity, Industrial Mechanics, or a related field is preferred.
