Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Floor Manager and lead the heartbeat of our bustling dining environment! In this energetic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth food service flow, and efficient team management. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold food safety standards, and drive the restaurant's success through proactive management and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure seamless service delivery Lead, motivate, and train restaurant staff on food preparation, POS systems such as Aloha and Micros, and customer service excellence Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and oversee daily operations to meet quality standards and customer expectations Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and oversee food handling procedures in compliance with safety regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile registers at the end of each shift Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food production practices Conduct staff interviews, participate in hiring decisions, and implement ongoing training & development programs for team growth Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with a strong background in food industry operations Extensive hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling procedures Demonstrated leadership in supervising hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining environments Knowledge of food safety management practices, inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis Strong communication skills for managerial tasks including team training, performance evaluations, and customer interactions Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus; culinary or kitchen management background highly valued Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and team leadership Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership transforms guest experiences!
