Job Description

A manufacturing company is looking for a Machine Mechanic with the technical aptitude to identify and implement technical measures on machinery and equipment to maintain and improve machines efficiency and product quality. The ideal candidate is responsible for the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and its entire electrical system, to assist rescue of machine breakdown and accidents. 
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and rectify machine faults and inefficiencies and maintain key spare components Provide relief to operating crews by running designated machines to production standard Assist as required with the maintenance of all production and ancillary machinery, keeping records and continuous development of maintenance procedures and practices Complies with equipment requirements such as engine tests, safety, and combustion controls Keeps organized filing of records on services and repairs on a daily basis; Maintains safety guidelines and clean working environment to observe standards at all times Conducts inventory on available tools, parts, or supplies and consequently requests orders on machine company in a timely manner
Qualifications:
1+ year exceptional hands-on experience working as Machine Mechanic Advanced skills and highly knowledgeable in engine troubleshooting, repairing, and fault diagnosis of machinery in a manufacturing environment. Good understanding of basic math and proficient ability to use electrical and mechanical equipment, techniques, methods repair and maintenance Strong communication skills and ability to interact with numerous facilities and machine companies and or departments Excellent problem-solving ability and must have a sense of urgency to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and mechanical problems simultaneously Understand the importance of safety and quality work and looking out for the safety of you and your team

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
