Company DescriptionMcWane Ductile New Jersey is an industry leader in manufacturing water distribution and infrastructure products. As our country expanded, so did the need to supply growing cities with clean water and safely remove wastewater. Our location history starts in 1865 when Warren Foundry and Machine Company casted stoves, steam engines, mill gearing and other foundry related items. Currently we specialize in the casting of iron ductile pipes that range from 3" to 24" in diameter.

Pay Rate between $32.04 to $39.43All rates are in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)A Maintenance Millwrights' responsibilities include the following:
Ability to identify mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems malfunctions.
Understanding of the correct handling and use of mechanical repair tools and equipment.
Make repairs and rebuilds all equipment throughout the plantReads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work proceduresDismantles machinesMoves machinery and equipmentAssembles and installs equipment such as shafting, conveyors, and railsConstructs foundation for machinesAligns machines and equipmentAssembles machines, and bolts, welds, rivets, or otherwise fastens them to foundation or other structuresQualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Preferred Three to five years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of both.
Ability to read schematics, in depth knowledge of hydraulics and pneumaticsMust be able to interact with all personnel levelsMust work with others in a professional, supportive mannerAbility to read policies and proceduresAbility to follow all work directives and safety proceduresMust be a motivated self-starterAdditional InformationMcWane Ductile
