Job Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on overhead cranes and related equipment at customer facilities. Diagnose mechanical problems with equipment in heavy industrial manufacturing facilities. Work as a team with other technicians and project engineers to perform major installations, upgrades, and modifications. You will be trained to perform documented safety inspections of specific types of equipment in keeping with OSHA guidelines. Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance in accordance with applicable guidelines, consulting with customers regarding all noted deficiencies and completing all required paperwork. Responsible for documentation of hours, services performed, writing service acknowledgments, and working with computers.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED At least 3 years in an industrial environment or similar Military Experience. Skills and experience in welding, electrical and mechanical maintenance. Experience as an ironworker, millwright or facilities maintenance is preferred. Team approach to problem solving. Computer literate; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Must have a valid driver's license. Ability to interface with internal and external customers. Travel Required. Eligible to work various shifts. Ability to work at customers facilities including the extreme elements indoors and outdoors. Ability to work from heights. Work in accordance with OSHA, CMAA, ANSI, ASME, AWS, and other applicable regulations.
