Whether you're new to industrial work or have experience, you'll get paid, hands‑on training, strong safety support, and clear paths to advance. Why you'll like working here
- Starting pay: $19-$20/hour; higher rates available based on experience
- Overtime after 40 hours; Sunday DOUBLE‑TIME for hours worked after 40 in the same workweek
- Day shift work ; typical shifts are 10-12 hours Night Shift Hours typically 7pm-7am but can vary
- Local work around Dayton—occasional overnights (about 2 nights/month on average; more available if desired)
- Paid training; all PPE and uniforms provided (company-issued)

- Perform industrial cleaning at customer sites using waterblasting, lancing, pressure washing, and vacuum trucks
- Set up and safely operate hoses, tools, and equipment; keep work areas clean and orderly
- Follow safe work plans and procedures; participate in daily safety talks and ongoing training
- Work as part of a crew with a strong 'watch‑out for each other' culture What you'll bring
- Reliable transportation to our Huber Heights shop or local jobsites (no dedicated travel crews) Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to work 10-12 hour day shifts with overtime as needed
- Comfort working around industrial equipment and in varied environments (heat/cold, noise)
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to wear required PPE and able to achieve and maintain a proper respirator fit when required for certain job assignments.
- Great attitude, dependability, and a safety‑first mindset Nice to have (not required)
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, plant maintenance, warehouse, or janitorial work
- Experience with waterblasting/hydroblasting, lancing, pressure washing, or industrial vac trucks

Pay:
$20-$21/hour to start; higher based on experienceOvertime:
After 40 hours; Saturday hours are paid at over-time; Sunday hours are paid at double‑time- Typical shifts are 10-12 hours
