Cargill is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician III to support our manufacturing operations in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, and help ensure plant reliability and safety. You'll interpret technical drawings, collaborate closely with production and safety teams, and document work in a CMMS. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals Collaborate with production and safety teams to minimize downtime Document maintenance activities in CMMS and follow safety procedures Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians Required Skills Industrial equipment maintenance Electrical troubleshooting Mechanical systems repair Hydraulic and pneumatic systems Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) basics Preventive and predictive maintenance Root cause analysis Reading blueprints and schematics Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
