Job Description

Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for over 85 years. Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Feed Mill Millwright Lead to join our team in Fort Recovery.
SHIFT HOURS
Monday through Friday, 1st shift hours
STARTING HOURLY RATE
Commensurate based on experience.
ADDITIONAL PAY
Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this position.
Job functions include:
Assigning, supervising, and mentoring a team of maintenance technicians. Scheduling daily tasks and managing emergency breakdown responses.

Assisting with the selection of feed milling equipment. Leading the assembly and installation of equipment according to exact manufacturer specifications and blueprints. Directing or performing structural code-compliant weldingEnforcing strict OSHA standards
