DOCK SUPERVISOR

We're looking for a dependable, motivated Dock Supervisor to join our Fort Recovery team and help lead our dock operations. WHAT YOU'LL EARN

Starting pay: $26.50/hour and up 15% shift differential for Saturday & Sunday Paid weekly Direct deposit

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Dock Supervisor, you'll play an important role in making sure our freight moves safely, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities include:

Lead and supervise dock personnel during your shift Ensure loads are completed accurately and efficiently Provide direction, coaching, and on-the-job training Enforce company policies and safety procedures Make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Manage multiple priorities while keeping the operation moving Support your team and help create a positive, productive workplace

We're looking for someone who: Has strong leadership and interpersonal skills Communicates clearly and works well with others Can make good decisions under pressure Is organized and able to multitask Takes pride in getting the job done right Has previous supervisory experience (preferred, but not required)

SCHEDULE

Full-time 4:30am - 6:00pm 12-hour shifts Weekend shift differential: 15%
