• Troubleshoot and fix automated equipment, including CNC routers, conveyors, finishing lines, and woodworking machines
• Work on VFDs, servo systems, relay logic, safety circuits, sensors, and I/O
• Read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls schematics
• Read and edit basic PLC ladder logic, and help improve machines
• Work with outside contractors, equipment makers, and suppliers to fix problems fast What you need
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• PLC troubleshooting experience
• A good understanding of VFDs and industrial networks
• A valid driver's license
• Able to work nights with overtime and on-call
• Willingness to take a skills test, a drug screen, and a background check Ready to start?
