Mercer Landmark is in search of a Full Time Millwright for our facility in Rockford, Ohio, offering very competitive wages. This individual would be part of a team doing work for all Mercer Landmark facilities.

Millwright Job Duties:

Perform all preventative work orders as assigned Complete unscheduled maintenance and projects as assigned. Perform basic electrical trouble shooting Perform basic mechanical trouble shooting Light to moderate fabrication as needed. Conduct all work activities in compliance with the company safety and environmental standards and programs.

Millwright Qualifications:

Prior Industrial Maintenance/Millwright experience required (five years' experience preferred) High school diploma or equivalent required (secondary education preferred) Thorough knowledge of the proper techniques to maintain industrial equipment Proficient with critical thinking, logical problem-solving skills and root cause analysis. Experienced and knowledgeable with mechanical equipment trouble shooting and repair Strong coaching and communication skills, the ability to manage time and workloads effectively Ability to work in a team environment Strong attention to detail
