Job Description
1st Shift
- Automation Maintenance Technician
- 6AM•2:30
PM Shift/Pay/Additional Information:
Shift:
2PM- 10:30PM (6-7 days a week until fully staffed)
Pay:
$30.00/hr.- $38.00/hr. Shift Premium
- $1.50/hr. 1.5x after 40 hours Double Time on Sundays PTO
- Skilled trades get 80 hours (prorated based on hire date) for their first two years, and then when they hit the year of their 3rd anniversary PTO increases by 8 hours that year and every year
Paid Holidays Summary:
We are seeking 3 dedicated Automation Maintenance Technicians responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of various equipment including robotic welding systems, ped welders, manual clinch machines, conveyor equipment, and welding cells. The role involves a blend of mechanical and electrical maintenance, focusing on both primary and secondary equipment. Responsibilities Perform maintenance on robotic welding equipment, ped welders, manual clinch machines, conveyor systems, and welding cells. Conduct mechanical maintenance, approximately 60-70% of the time, and electrical maintenance for the remaining 30-40%. Maintain secondary equipment such as pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, motors, valves, contactors, motor starters, and air cylinders. Troubleshoot electrical issues up to 480V, including setting up and running power to 480V lines. Pull wire, bend conduit, and perform control panel wiring. Utilize a volt meter for daily tasks. Perform MIG welding, fabrication, and some stick welding. Conduct building maintenance tasks. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toledo, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00- $38.
