TIG & MIG
Weld and fabricate parts as needed Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment top fuse metal segments using processes such as gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), flus-cored arc cored welding (FCAW), shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) Manage teams of skilled tradespeople, including welders, steel workers, and millwrights, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and productivity Perform grinding, chipping and other metal preparation tasks prior to welding Conduct regular safety inspections in compliance withOSHA & MSHA
regulations; enforce safety protocols rigorously Review industrial drawings for accuracy and clarity; manage change orders and contractual documentation with precision Coordinate with project managers to monitor budgets, manage resources efficiently, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle Skills Extensive experience with industrial site management in heavy industrial or commercial settings Strong knowledge ofOSHA & MSHA
standards and federal safety regulations related to steel work and welding operations Proven ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards and productivity levels Excellent communication skills for managing crews, coordinating schedules, and liaising with clients Familiarity with industrial regulations specific to steel fabrication, welding procedures, and millwright work Join us to lead impactful projects.
