What You'll Be Doing Assist in performing mechanical maintenance on plant equipment. Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of machinery. Support repairs by using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with senior mechanics to learn repair techniques and best practices. What We Are Looking For Mechanical aptitude with interest in developing maintenance skills. Ability to safely use basic tools and follow detailed instructions. Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn and adapt. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working in varied conditions. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Must comply with all company policies and procedures. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
